My fingerprints/background check results haven't come back. Can I still start?

Unfortunately, Kyo requires that we have your completed fingerprint/background check results before you can start.

Can I submit my TB results from last year?

Kyo will only accept TB results dated within 60 days of your start date.

I-9 Documentation

Do I need physical or electronic copies for the I-9 documents?

Only the original physical copies of your I-9 documentation will be accepted.

Car Insurance

If you are the policyholder, a copy of your policy documentation or card will work. Be sure it shows your name as well as the dates of coverage on it.

If you are not the policyholder, then you will need to provide two items: (1) Copy of the policy documentation or card (with dates of coverage), and (2) Proof that you are a covered driver under that policy. Ask the policyholder to refer to the full policy documentation, which will list the drivers on that policy. Here is a sample declarations page with a list of covered drivers.

What if my driver’s license is expired or is pending renewal via mail?

Please provide proof of renewal along with your expired license.

What if I do not yet have a driver's license card?

Please provide a copy of the temporary paper license.
