Studio Policies & Mission
At KT Dance Academy, we’re proud to create a studio where students can grow not only as dancers but as confident, kind individuals. This page is here to outline our commitments to you, what we ask from our dance families in return, and the values that guide everything we do.
We understand that life can be expensive, we keep our pricing affordable so that every dancer has the opportunity to shine!
Class Fees: All group classes are $15 per class.
Enrolment Fee: For students who are new to KTDA, an enrolment fee is $45, annually.
For returning students, an enrolment fee is $35.
Ultimate Package: Our Ultimate Package gives students access to as many group classes as they like for just $450 per term. It's fantastic value and one of our most popular and favoured options among families!
Private Classes: Private lessons are available at a standard rate of $15 per half an hour class, provided students are enrolled in at least one group class.
For students already on our ultimate package, private lessons are just $50 per term, this works out to only $5 per lesson.
Please note that private classes are subject to staff availability and scheduling, so while we do our best to accommodate requests, they cannot always be guaranteed.
Photography Package (Optional): Each year we welcome a professional photographer into the studio to capture special memories of our dancers in their beautiful costumes. Students receive:
An individual and group photo for every class they're enrolled in.
Solo, Duo, or Trio costume photos (Provided they do private lessons)
A collection of miscellaneous photos in uniform.'
Payment Plans: We love workiing with our dance families to find solutions. Please reach out if you'd like to set up a plan that suits your household!
Our studio runs best when everyone feels safe, respected, and supported. We ask that all students and families uphold these values:
Respect and Kindness: Treat teachers, peers and families with care at all times.
Commitment: Always do your best to be on time, prepared and consistent in attendance and grooming.
Positivity: Celebrate others' achievements and support your teammates.
Responsibility: Look after your belongings and the studio space. We understand that dance can mean long afternoons / evenings but please, when snacking in the studio, clean up after yourself.
Communication: We encourage families to share any questions or concerns respectfully with staff. To help us keep everything organised, please avoid contacting teachers on their personal numbers or social platforms. Instead, reach out through official KTDA channels or our phone number / email.
Professionalism: Stay focused and engaged in classes, rehearsals and performances.
Inclusivity: Every dancer is welcome; differences and individuality is embraced and valued.
