Southern Illinois Case Coordination Services, Inc. (SICCS) is a not-for-profit, independent service coordination agency. that began providing services on July 1, 1989. Initially, SICCS was grant funded to provide Pre-Admission Screening for those who have Development Disabilities and who were seeking services in the Developmental Disability service system. Over the years, our contracts have expanded to include Individual Service and Support Advocacy, enrollment in PUNS database (state-wide waiting list for funding for services), State Operated Developmental Center Transition services, ADA/Olmstead Outreach, Housing Navigator, and general service coordination. SICCS provides services at no cost to people or families. 

Community Integrated Living Arrangements (CILA’s) are 1-8 person residential homes for adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.  We offer 24-hour residential care for consumers that is paid for by a combination of State and Federal funding mechanisms.  We believe that the individuals that we serve should have the opportunity to experience what would be considered a normal life.  Both of our agencies aid in meeting the needs of individuals and fostering the maximum level of independence for each person that we serve.  Our operations and locations facilitate substantial community involvement and we strive to be indistinguishable from a “regular” home.  Community interactions and activities such as volunteering, attending local sporting events, dining at local restaurants, participating in local events, attending church,ect.

Community Link offers a wide array of services to individuals with disabilities in Clinton County, including day training programs and residential services. 

The Red Porch cafe offers employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities, while also fostering a sense of community involvement and connection. 

Washington County Vocational Workshop offers a variety of services to adult individuals with disabilities in the Washington county region.
