Basic Loaner Information for Kumu!
1. KUMU HAVE THEIR OWN CLASSROOM LOANER
Students can borrow a Kumu loaner in class. They need to come to HPK during break for further assistance.
2. GOOGLE REPAIR FORM
*If you do decide to issue your loaner *
Please ensure students fill out the form to request a repair.
3. WHERE DO I PUT THE BROKEN LAPTOP?
Broken laptops go in the loaner cart located in the foyer. Have hāumana fill out the Laptop Repair Form #2, so that their broken laptop is reported to Kumu Ortiz.
4. NO LOANER TO GIVE???
Send them to HPK
Student can wait for their next class (kumu loaner).
If Kumu Ortiz is absent
Email an EA. They can access HPK cart in CRBLC.
5. FORGOTTEN LAPTOPS
Loaners should NOT be issued to students who FORGET their laptop at home. Loaners are ONLY for laptops that require repair.
