For many of the 144 skilled trade programs in Ontario, a high school diploma is the minimum requirement.  Many don't need college programming. Therefore:

• Grade 12 workplace English is minimum requirement for many skilled trades

• Grade 11 workplace math is minimum requirement for many skilled trades

Programs that require at least grade 11 college MATH (11M or 11U are acceptable as well):
