Some courses are offered at the Mixed level - appropriate for both College and University level students
For students who have passed all of their grade 9 and 10, the only compulsory credits required for grade 11 are English and math.

Science credits are only compulsory for grades 9 and 10. When students take any sciences in senior grades, these sciences classes are electives.
For College bound students taking senior sciences, there is only one credit for each of the three branches:

grade 12 college chemistry ~ SCH4C1 (runs every other year so have to plan for it)
grade 12 college physics ~ SPH4C1 (runs every other year so have to plan for it)
