In Year 5 we have daily Reading, Literacy and Maths lessons. Across each term, we also study our foundation subjects which include History, Geography, Science, Computing, Art, Design and Technology, PSHE (Personal, Social, Health Education) and RE (Religious Education). These subjects are usually taught by the class teacher. 

We are very lucky to have three specialist teachers in school, Mrs Bell who teaches French, Mrs Nagle who teaches Music and Mr Kelley who teaches PE (Physical Education). Each class has one French lesson, one Music lesson and two PE lessons a week, one of which is Swimming.

Please make sure all equipment is clearly labelled with your child's name and class.

This year all children will have weekly swimming lessons throughout their time in Year 5 every Wednesday afternoon.
