New Hire Orientation

KPESA wants to support our colleagues and help you succeed in your new role with the District! To help in that effort, KPESA holds a New Hire Orientation via Zoom at 7:00pm on the last Thursday of each month, and we try to make sure that each new hire gets an invitation. We can't pay you, but we can give you a chance to win a gift card for attending! Come learn some tips, tricks, and reminders about district systems as well as about some important rights you have under our contract. These are small, informal, and a great opportunity to ask questions that you might not know who to ask while you're at work. 

We also give information about your union and how to join, because the support, opportunities, and community of a union are extremely valuable, and we want to share the love!
