1) Working as a Associate Professor & Head in the Department of Management Studies at Kongu Engineering College, Erode from June 2024 Onwards.

2) Worked as a Associate Professor in Department of Management Studies at Kongu Engineering College, Erode from December 2009 onwards

3) Worked as a Lecturer and Assistant Professor in MBA Department at Velalar College of Engineering and Technology, Erode from July 2006 to November 2009.

4)  Worked as a Lecturer in Management Studies Department at Maharaja Arts and Science College, Coimbatore from July 2004 to June 2006.

 Industry

1)  Worked as a Project Co-ordinator at Maestros Software Solutions, Erode for Two years from June 2002 to May 2004.
