Employee Assitance Program (EAP)

Our free Employee Assistance Program is offered to all employees of the Albert Lea School District. The Employee Assistance Program, EAP for short, is available 24 hours a day – 7 days a week. 

Everything about this program is confidential, from the call to the visit. The school district does not receive any type of reporting related to our EAP. 

Some concerns, but not limited to, an employee may call about are Stress Management, Relationship/Marital Problems, Depression, Anxiety,  Financial or Legal Concerns, Alcohol or Drug Addictions, and Child and Elder Care.
