You can create and manage your listings on Kogan.com Marketplace using our csv seller template.
The product feed URL will be linked to your account and synced periodically to ensure your listings stay up-to-date.
The below template includes an example listing, which should be used as a reference when creating your products.

All mandatory fields must be populated for the feed to run smoothly through our system.
If selling into New Zealand, the New Zealand Fields should also be considered as mandatory.
The product feed must be hosted via your webserver, or using a file sharing platform so that it can be linked and retrieved by Kogan.com.
You must ensure:
The feed is in a CSV format & UTF-8 Encoded
The URL is fixed - If the URL changes, we won't be able to access your latest product data and update your products
For example, it could be hosted in a URL such as - https://www.example.com/feeds/kogan/feed.csv
If you are hosting your product feed via Google Sheets, please follow the instructions below to generate your CSV link.
Once our Onboarding Team has recieved your product feed URL, we will review your listings and provide feedback on any issues and/or improvements that should be addressed in order comply with our Kogan.com Marketplace Listing Requirements.
If you are listing Used or Refurbished products, these must align with our Refurbished Grading Requirements.
It is important to note that your listings will not be made available for sale until this process has been completed.
Once all required updates have been made, your store will be set live and your products made available for sale.
We will provide you login details for our Kogan.com Customer Service Portal & Kogan.com Dispatch Portal at this stage.
