When you spread the word about KODA Camp Midwest, you help more kids experience the joy of camp. Earn rewards like merch or tuition credit by referring new KODA campers. The more referrals you make, the greater the rewards.

1 referral: KODA Camp Midwest t-shirt
3 referrals: Snack funds for your camper or camp merchandise
5 referrals: $100 tuition credit or camp merchandise
10 referrals: $200 tuition credit or camp merchandise

How it works
A referral is counted when:
A new camper registers and lists you as their referrer in the application.
The new camper pays full tuition.
The new camper attends camp.
Once you reach a milestone, you unlock the reward connected to that level.
Important details
The referral must be listed at the time of registration. It cannot be added later.
Referred campers must not have attended KODA Camp Midwest within the past five years.
The new camper must pay full tuition. Referrals do not count for campers who receive a discount or financial aid.
The referred camper must attend camp. If they cancel or receive a refund, the referral does not count.
Rewards are distributed in August after the summer session is complete.

Referral Program FAQs
Who counts as a “new camper”?
A new camper is someone who has never attended KODA Camp Midwest before or has not attended in the last five years .
When do I get my reward?
Rewards are distributed in August after the camp season ends and attendance is confirmed. This ensures all referred campers have completed their session.
Can siblings count as referrals?
Yes, if they are brand-new to KODA Camp Midwest and meet the requirements. For example, if your child’s sibling registers for the first time, that can count as a referral.
How does the referred camper list me?
There is a section on the registration form where the camper’s family can name who referred them. Make sure they enter your name at that time. Referrals cannot be added later.
What happens if the referred camper cancels?
If the referred camper cancels or receives a refund, the referral does not count. Only campers who attend and complete their session are eligible.
Do referrals carry over from year to year?
Yes. Your referrals roll over each year. Once you reach the required number of referrals, you will receive your reward, even if it takes more than one summer.
Is there a limit on how many campers I can refer?
There is no limit. You are welcome to refer as many campers as you like. Rewards increase at 1, 3, 5, and 10 referrals.
What if I don’t know anyone currently attending camp but still want to refer?
You can still share KODA Camp Midwest with friends, neighbors, or family who might be interested in attending next summer. Just have them list your name on their registration form when they sign up. You do not need to have a camper already enrolled to make a referral.
How will I know if my referral was approved?
We will review all referrals after camp and contact you in August to confirm your total number and let you know which rewards you earned.
Can my reward be exchanged or transferred?
Rewards are not transferable or exchangeable for cash. If you cannot use your reward, you may choose camp merchandise instead of tuition credit.
