You might be just starting out on the good path of follow Jesus, or you may have been walking it for many years—either way, it's a road of spiritual growth.
The most important thing that we ask our volunteers is, “How are you growing spiritually?” We want the role of a volunteer to be, first and foremost, a disciple. How are you learning to follow Jesus? How is your faith being stretched and strengthened? How are you continuing to be taught by others in the Body of Christ?

Take a moment and consider: How are you growing spiritually right now?
If there are any questions you have, or ways you'd like to be challenged in your faith journey, consider talking about that with your Ministry Leader or someone who's been important in your journey the next time you chat.
After reflecting, feel free to reach out to your ministry leader with your questions.
