A forum is a meeting that focuses on a specific question or topic where participants will collaborate around problems of practice or approaches. Sometimes, forums will be held for specific roles, and others will be mixed.
Depending on the number of participants, we know that even though not all participants will be able to be "presenters", that everyone comes prepared to be a presenter.
What do you need to do/bring ahead of time:
Ahead of the forum, read through this page, particularly the protocol description(s) to become familiar with them and the responsibilities for active participation
Lean in to one another and the process
For the assessment forums: reflect about a problem of practice or challenge ahead of the forum, and be prepared to describe it.
As desired, bring a visual or supporting materials to help with your description (not required)
You may also design an essential question about your challenge that you want to provide the group to consider
For the strategies forum, reflect about a strategy you've been using or would like to use to get feedback OR a question concerning an area of your practice that you'd like to explore with regards to strategies, and be prepared to describe/share it.
