Roles and Responsibilities:

• Review qualitative and quantitative data for sense-making as we seek to measure progress against cohort goals

• Support in the creation of data collection instruments with a focus on equity

• Foster conversations both locally and across the state concerning the impact of the work, while informing the continuous improvement process throughout transformation to PCBL

• Commit to regularly checking action plans and help ensure that it stays up to date with the most current strategies and progress

• Participate in convenings (in person or virtually), as needed to share data to the cohort

• Participate in virtual meetings pre/post quarterly convenings
