Roles and Responsibilities:
Review qualitative and quantitative data for sense-making as we seek to measure progress against cohort goals
Support in the creation of data collection instruments with a focus on equity
Foster conversations both locally and across the state concerning the impact of the work, while informing the continuous improvement process throughout transformation to PCBL
Commit to regularly checking action plans and help ensure that it stays up to date with the most current strategies and progress
Participate in convenings (in person or virtually), as needed to share data to the cohort
Participate in virtual meetings pre/post quarterly convenings
