GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS: CLASS OF 2023 AND BEYOND

Students graduating with the Class of 2023 and beyond must complete the following requirements:

1. Complete 21 high school credits in the following areas (courses can be high school courses, College Credit Plus (CCP), or a combination):

   1. 4 English

   2. 4 Math (including Algebra II or an equivalent)

   3. 3 Science

   4. 3 Social Studies (including American History, World History, and American Gov)

   5. 1 Fine Art

   6. .5 Health

   7. .5 PE (Each PE class is ¼ credit)

   8. .5 Financial Literacy

   9. 4.5 Elective Credits

2. Earn a passing score on the Algebra I and English II End of Course Exams (alternative pathways are available, if testing is not your strength, but the exams must be attempted at least twice - CLICK HERE TO LEARN MORE!)

Algebra 1: Required score 684

English II: Required score 684

3. Earn 2 of 12 Diploma Seals (Several of these can be earned through testing and limited additional work)

* At least 1 seal must be one of these

*Citizenship

*College-Ready

Community Service

Fine and Performing Arts

*Honors Diploma

*Industry-Recognized Credential

*Military Enlistment

*OhioMeansJobs Readiness

*Science

*Seal of Biliteracy

Student Engagement

*Technology
