Mrs. Amy Duty

Mrs. Jennifer Richardson

Mrs. Duty has been a fine arts educator for 19 years and in education for over 21 years. She grew up in Pennsylvania and graduated from Cairn University with a Bachelor of Science in Education and a second Bachelor of Science in Bible. Mrs. Duty met her husband in college. David is the choir director at Ulrich Intermediate and Pastor of Providence Community Church. Both of their children attended Kleb and graduated from Klein High School. Callie graduated from Kent state with a degree in Fashion and Art History. Callie is a trend forecaster for JCPenney who gets to travel and knows what colors everyone will be wearing next year. Nathanael was an A&M Corps Cadet and graduated from with an English degree. He is currently training with the Navy and makes a serious cup of coffee. Some of Mrs. Duty’s interests include traveling, photographing life, setting beautiful tables and baking fabulous chocolate chip cookies.

Mrs. Richardson has been a fine arts educator for 19 years, 11 of those years at Kleb. She is the KISD Fine Arts Facilitator for Intermediate Theatre Teachers. Mrs. Rich grew up in Spring, and graduated Magna Cum Laude from St. Edward’s University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre Arts. She is a current graduate student at Sam Houston State University where she is studying School Leadership with a Principal as Instructional Leader Certification. Mrs. Richardson is married to her high school sweetheart, who was a student at Kleb from ’89-92, and they have two children together. Their son, Luke, is a freshman at KHS who enjoys playing football and basketball. Their daughter, Caroline, is a 6^th- grader at Kleb who enjoys art and serving in the pre-school ministry at Faithbridge. In Mrs. Richardson’s free time, she enjoys participating in triathlons and adventure races.
