Frank Choir and Chimes Registration

Frank Choir will begin enrollment for Fall 2022 in late August, with rehearsals beginning in early September. Please read the registration letter below for all details. You will find the link to the registration form below, as well. Choir Members will be eligible for Chimes auditions in early October September (announced in Choir rehearsal only), if they choose. All Chimes members will be chosen from Frank Choir members.

About Frank Choir and Chimes:

The Frank Elementary Choir, under the direction of Kaylyn Sharp and Susan Worosello, is a non-auditioned ensemble comprised of 100+ 4^th and 5^th grade students. Our choir and chimes ensembles are one of the longest standing traditions of Frank Elementary, with their first performance opening the school on the first day in 2007. Singers attend rehearsal two mornings a week for 35 minutes and rehearse from September to April. Our choir and chimes ensembles have performed at the Children’s Music Festival of Houston, Klein ISD German Fest, The Village Nursing Home and surrounding community, as well as a variety of school events. Our Frank Elementary Choir was also honored to perform at the Texas Music Educator's Association convention in San Antonio in the Spring of 2014.

Choir members also have the opportunity to participate in our Chimes Ensemble. The Frank Chimes Members are comprised of forty+ auditioned fourth and fifth grade musicians that rehearse from September to April, as well as their rehearsals for the Frank Elementary Choir. Both the Frank Elementary Choir and Chimes have been honored numerous times in their respective category at the Children’s Music Festival of Houston.
