• TELPAS/STAAR CTCs – If two different people have these roles, please make sure you are coordinating who is accepting the AutoPilot alerts and communicating with each other any needed information.

• February campus PD days – If you plan on using these days to train your staff, STAAR and TELPAS Campus Procedures slide decks will be shared by the end of the month.

• Review key dates for Spring Administrations and share with campus teams - kisd.us/AAR-CTCdates

• Review Klein ISD CTC Task List (also in back of CTC Guide)

  • Review one month before testing from the Klein ISD CTC Task List

  • Test Administrator manuals – January 26-30

  • If you need Holistic Rater Manuals, you must print these out.

  • TELPAS Campus Plans due January 30th. We will discuss these next week.
