January to do: 

• TELPAS/STAAR CTCs – If two different people have these roles, please make sure you are coordinating who is accepting the AutoPilot alerts and communicating with each other any needed information.

• February campus PD days – If you plan on using these days to train your staff, STAAR and TELPAS Campus Procedures slide decks will be shared by the end of the month.

• Review key dates for Spring Administrations and share with campus teams - kisd.us/AAR-CTCdates

• Review Klein ISD CTC Task List (also in back of CTC Guide)

• Field Test training will be held during our next collab

• Continue reviewing supplemental aids

• Start MTSS data collection

  • Use MOY MAP as the primary indicator to start data collection for students that show evidence of reading difficulty and could need oral admin on the STAAR.  Reminder – these students should be MTSS student receiving intensive instruction and remediation.

Deadlines:

• January 30th – Campus Test Security & Accessibility Training Due

  • Load oaths and training sign in sheets to KleinShare Dept_Assessment & Accountability 2025-26 Documentation folder.

 Continue to do monthly:

1. Review the Klein ISD CTC Guide.

2. Review and accept TestHound alerts and auto pilot updates.
