Assoc.Prof.Dr. Patcharin Panjaburee is a distinguished academic at the Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University, Thailand. She earned her B.Sc. in Computer Science from Chiang Mai University  and her Ph.D. in Science and Technology Education from Mahidol University. Her research focuses on technology-enhanced learning, including digital game-based learning, adaptive web-based learning, expert systems, and computer testing and diagnostic systems. With over 100 publications in esteemed journals and significant contributions to technology-enhanced education, she is renowned for her work in digital game-based learning and expert systems.

Assoc.Prof.Dr. Patcharin has published extensively in reputable journals such as Computers & Education and Educational Technology & Society. She serves as an editorial board member for several academic journals in educational technology and e-learning. Additionally, she is actively involved in the Digital Education and Learning Engineering (DELE) community in Thailand, contributing to the advancement of digital education practices nationwide.

Assoc.Prof.Dr. Sasithorn Chookaew is an esteemed faculty member at the Faculty of Technical Education, King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok (KMUTNB), Thailand. She received her B.S. in Technology Education and M.S. in Computer and Information Technology from King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi, and her Ph.D. in Science and Technology Education from Mahidol University. Her research interests include educational robotics, computational thinking, and technology-enhanced learning. 

Assoc.Prof.Dr. Sasithorn has authored numerous publications and has been involved in various projects aimed at enhancing STEM education through innovative teaching methodologies. Her research spans educational robotics, computational thinking, and active learning in STEM disciplines. With numerous national and international publications and leadership in technology-driven educational projects, she has advanced the role of digital learning tools in classroom innovation She is also a member of the editorial team for the Journal of Digital Education and Learning Engineering (JDELE), reflecting her active engagement in the DELE community in Thailand. 

Asst.Prof.Dr. Charoenchai Wongwatkit is a dedicated academic at the School of Information Technology, Mae Fah Luang University, Thailand. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and has a strong background in technology-enhanced learning environments. His research interests include personalized e-learning systems, mobile learning, and the integration of technology in education to improve student engagement and learning outcomes. 

Asst.Prof.Dr. Charoenchai has contributed to several research projects and publications focusing on the development of adaptive learning technologies. He is actively involved in the Digital Education and Learning Engineering community in Thailand, participating in workshops and conferences to promote digital education initiatives.

Asst. Prof. Dr. Krittawaya Thongkroo is a lecturer at the Faculty of Education, Chiang Mai University, Thailand. She earned her Ph.D. in Educational Technology and specializes in the design and implementation of digital learning tools. Her research areas include e-learning, instructional design, and the use of technology to facilitate active learning in higher education. 

Asst. Prof. Dr. Krittawaya has led and participated in various projects aimed at enhancing the quality of education through technological innovation. Recognized for her expertise in instructional design and e-learning development, her work focuses on creating engaging digital learning environments that foster critical thinking and collaboration among students. She is also an active member of the Digital Education and Learning Engineering (DELE) Association in Thailand, contributing to the development and dissemination of innovative digital education practices.

Dr. Narisra Komalawardhana is a researcher at Mahidol University, Thailand. She holds a Ph.D. in Science and Technology Education and has a keen interest in personalized learning systems and technology-enhanced education. Her work focuses on developing adaptive learning environments that cater to individual student needs, particularly in science and mathematics education. 

Dr. Narisra has co-authored several publications in renowned international journals, contributing significantly to the advancement of educational technology. As a strong advocate for using digital tools to enhance student learning experiences, she has collaborated on various interdisciplinary projects aimed at integrating adaptive learning systems into mainstream education. She is also an active member of the Digital Education and Learning Engineering (DELE) community in Thailand, where she collaborates with fellow researchers to innovate and refine digital learning methodologies.

Dr. Jirapipat Thanyaphongphat is affiliated with Chiang Mai University, Thailand. He obtained his Ph.D. in Computer Engineering and has research interests in ubiquitous learning environments, mobile learning, and the application of artificial intelligence in education. 

Dr. Jirapipat has participated in multiple research projects focusing on the development of intelligent tutoring systems and has published his findings in various academic forums. He is also involved in the Digital Education and Learning Engineering community in Thailand, contributing to the integration of AI technologies in educational settings.

Prof. Du Xiuping is the Vice Dean of the School of International Education at Tianjin University, a Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, and a member of the University Academic Committee. His research focuses on international Chinese education, learning sciences, and intercultural education.

Prof. Du serves as the Chair of the Advisory Committee on Preparatory Education for Chinese Government Scholarship Recipients and as the Vice President of the Tianjin Research Association for International Chinese Education. He has published over 40 academic papers and authored or co-authored six textbooks and monographs.

Notable among his works are Research on Preparatory Education for Chinese Government Scholarship Students in China, which was awarded the Second Prize in the 15th Tianjin Social Science Outstanding Achievement Awards, and Illustrated Guide to National Higher Education Systems, which received the Second Prize in the 17th Tianjin Social Science Outstanding Achievement Awards. As a key contributor, he has also received one Special Prize and one First Prize in the Tianjin Teaching Achievement Awards.

Prof. Qi Chunhong, Ph.D., is a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the College of Chinese Language and Culture, Yunnan Normal University. She serves as an interviewer for the "Certificate for International Chinese Teachers," a council member of the 8th Committee of the Society for the Modernization of Chinese Language, and the lead of Yunnan's "First-Class Discipline in International Chinese Education" initiative. Her research focuses on cross-linguistic comparison, Chinese grammar, and the teaching and acquisition of Chinese as a second language. Prof. Qi has led over ten research projects, including those funded by the National Social Science Fund, authored four monographs, and published more than 60 papers, including 11 in CSSCI-indexed journals. A former visiting scholar at the University of Iowa, her work has earned awards such as Yunnan Province's Excellence in Philosophy and Social Sciences (Second and Third Prize). Prof. Qi actively contributes to the cultivation of exceptional talents and educational innovation in international Chinese education for Lancang-Mekong countries.

Prof. Xia Yuqing is the Master's Supervisor at Yunnan Normal University, holds a PhD in History. Her research focuses on Southeast Asian politics and economics, overseas Chinese, immigration, and cultural communication. She has led several research projects, including the National Social Science Fund project "Research on Historical Documents of Overseas Chinese Workers in Nanyang" and the Guangdong Philosophy and Social Science project "History of Overseas Chinese in Guangdong during the Republic of China Period," and participated in three national projects. She has published two books and 32 papers, including 10 core CSSCI papers. She teaches courses such as "Chinese Culture," "Southeast Asian Cultural Development," and "Overview of Overseas Chinese."

Yao Yueyan, Associate Professor and Master's Supervisor, received her Ph.D. from Chulalongkorn University in Thailand. She has 17 years of experience in teaching Chinese as a foreign language. In 2022, she led a team from Yunnan University of Science and Technology to win the national "Outstanding Chinese Language Teaching Team" title, and she has guided students to win over 20 awards in speech competitions. In terms of research, she has published two monographs, led and participated in nearly 10 research projects, and has had two consulting reports accepted. She has published more than 20 academic papers. Her research interests include international Chinese language education, Chinese literature, and the cultural heritage of Zheng He.

Mr. Lu Jiahui is the Founder and CEO of Cymo.io, a cutting-edge translation technology company, as well as a seasoned conference interpreter and language technology consultant. He is also the Co-Founder of the language service company Translavie. With extensive hands-on experience across the internet, translation, and technology sectors, Lu has held roles such as department manager, founder, consultant, and freelance interpreter. Under his leadership, Cymo has developed pioneering products like Cymo Booth and Cymo Note, positioning the company as a leader in remote simultaneous interpretation (RSI) and computer-assisted interpretation (CAI) technologies. Previously, Lu served as the Director of Translation and Localization at LeEco, where he spearheaded the development of large-scale language technology solutions like ailingo and polyglot. Lu holds a Master’s degree in Conference Interpretation from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Business English and International Trade & Economics from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
