Important Dates

CALL FOR ABSTRACT & FULL PAPER SUBMISSION:

We invite abstract submissions for individual paper presentations and/or posters. All presentation and abstracts should be delivered and submitted in English. The abstract should be between 200-250 words in length and include the goals of the study, methodology, findings and discussion, implications, and significance of the study. The abstract will be reviewed based on the quality of the writing and research, and whether it is of interest to the ICER audience. 

• Deadline for submission of abstract: January 31st, 2025 (CLOSED)

• Email notification of abstract acceptance or rejection: within 5 days after the deadline for submission of abstract (NOTIFIED)

• Deadline for submission of full papers: February 28th, 2025 Extended to March 5th, 2025 

• Email notification of acceptance or rejection of full papers: March 7th, 2025  March 12th, 2025 March 17th, 2025

• Deadline for camera-ready papers: March 15th, 2025 March 20th, 2025

• Publication of conference proceedings and JDELE special issue: March 31st, 2025

• Conference registration IS NOT REQUIRED for the presenter. ONLY SELECTED SUBMISSIONS will be INVITED TO PRESENT at the conference.

• Authors whose submissions are selected for presentation will be notified, and further details regarding their participation will be provided. Please note that late submission of full papers will not be included in the conference proceedings.
