This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as this "Policy") illustrates how we collect, process, use and protect personal information on this KKday mobile device application ("KKPortal"). Please read this Policy carefully. If you do not agree to the processing of your personal information in the way this Policy describes, please do not use KKPortal or submit any personal information to us.

1.1 This Policy applies to all the personal information that are collected by us through the KKPortal (personal information means data related to any identified or identifiable natural person).

For the purpose of authorizing the use of KKPortal, we will collect, process and use your name, email address, your password and your IP address for authentication and account access.
3.1.1.2 Contact Information
For the purposes of providing and managing KKPortal’s service, we will collect, process and use your contacts’ telephone numbers and other similar information provided by you to create contact lists on KKPortal.
3.1.1.3 Call History
For the purposes of providing and managing KKPortal’s service, we will store the time, recipient(s) phone number(s) and duration of all voice call made through KKPortal to provide your call history.
3.1.2 Personal information obtained from a third-party service provider
For the purpose of providing KKPortal’s service, we will access and use personal information you provided to third parties (e.g., Google) and will obtain your data (such as username, profile picture and email address) through the third parties.
3.1.3 Personal information obtained through affiliates
For the purpose of providing KKPortal’s service, we may also obtain your personal information from our affiliates, and add the data to our database to the extent necessary.

4.1 KKday will retain your personal information for as long as necessary while the aforementioned collection purpose still exists. Where the purpose of the collection ceases, we will no longer keep the data in a way that will identify you, unless otherwise required by law or the information is required to carry out corporate tasks and conduct our business.
4.2 For the purpose of facilitating the service on KKPortal, we will also store certain personal information on our service provider’s systems,which have access control in place. For example, we may store your user data and call history on our service providers (e.g., VoIP providers’ system) for as long as KKPortal’s service is active.

5.1 KKday is committed to protecting the security of your personal information. We take appropriate administrative and technical measures to ensure the legality of our collection, processing and use of personal information, and to prevent personal information from being tampered with, damaged, lost, leaked or otherwise infringed.

7.1 If you are not an adult in accordance with the laws of your location, please have your guardians read and accept this Policy, and your guardians should agree to register you to KKPortal or submit your personal information to us.
