All KKday employees. Especially those who need to make public phone calls.
Can I use KKportal to make calls while on a business trip abroad?
Yes. Please connect to the company's VPN before using KKportal. This allows you to use KKportal from anywhere!
What is the advantage of KKportal?
KKportal is designed to meet the needs of KKdayers and handle several disadvantages:
Once logged into KKportal, you can receive calls when the internet calling feature is enabled, whether the app is open or not.
You can choose representative numbers of various countries, making it more convenient to call international clients and reducing the chance of being mistaken for a scam call.
Why am I unable to log in to KKportal using my Google account?
KKportal is available for internal KKday employees only. Please log in using your KKday email.
If you are unable to log in with your KKday email, please contact MIS to check your account status.
Can I use all the feature once I have KKday's email account?
Not all employees have access to every function. Please apply for the specific permissions you need.
For example, if you need to use internet phone, please obtain approval from your supervisor and apply for an internet phone number. Once the number is created, you can start using it.
How to handle when “Internet Error” screen appeared?
The possible reason could be using the incorrect internet.
Please connect to KKday internal internet or VPN while using KKportal. After connected, please refresh the page.
How to handle when "Limited Permissions" screen appeared after logging in?
The current account has no available features, or your permissions have not been fully configured.
Please contact the KKportal system administrator to enable the necessary features.
How to handle when “Server Error” screen appeared?
We're sorry that you're having trouble connecting to your KKportal.
If a "Server Error" message appears, it indicates that the device has not retrieved the appropriate configuration file. Please close the app and restart it and let the system reload the configuration file.
If the error persists, please contact the system administrator.
How to handle when a “Account Disabled” screen appeared?
Your account has been disabled. Please contact with your system administrator.
How to handle when not getting a phone call notification?
When not receiving notifications for incoming calls:
Notifications not allowed: Settings > Apps > KKportal > Access Permissions
Popup windows not enabled: Settings > Apps > KKportal > Other permissions > Display pop-up windows while running in the background
