Dear Parents, Carers and Staff,
THANK YOU to all of KISU’s exceptional teachers, staff, and supportive parents for your unwavering dedication throughout these past months. It has been a term brimming with memorable moments, and I find myself reflecting on some of my favourite highlights that truly defined these past months.
The outstanding success of the Under 11 boys' basketball team stands as a testament to teamwork, resilience, and sheer determination. Their remarkable comeback in the final was an inspiring display of their unwavering spirit, leaving us all in admiration of their remarkable achievement. This was such an exciting game!
The Key Stage 1 production was a captivating spectacle that had us all on the edge of our seats, wondering whether Santa would be persuaded to call off his strike. The talent and commitment exhibited by our young performers were simply astounding, leaving the audience thoroughly entertained and deeply moved by their exceptional portrayal. This was the moment that finally put me in the Christmas spirit and forced me to put up my tree and cover my home (and office) in fairy lights!
Additionally, the enriching Early Years trip that I was fortunate to attend added a layer of magic to the educational environment at KISU. These enjoyable excursions not only infused excitement but also provided invaluable experiential learning opportunities, enhancing the educational journey for our youngest learners. Thank you, teachers, for planning these so meticulously.
To all of KISU’s hardworking teachers, I extend my sincerest wishes for a well-earned rest during the upcoming break. Your commitment to nurturing our students has been truly commendable, and I hope this time allows you to rejuvenate and recharge for the term ahead. To all our families, I extend warm season's greetings. Your unwavering support and partnership in our educational endeavours are deeply appreciated and cherished. May this festive season bring joy, warmth, and treasured moments to each of your homes.
Happy holiday and enjoy this family time.
Ms Zoe.
