Did you know that play promotes language? Enhances fine motor skills? Play also promotes creativity and cognitive skills! When children play, they problem-solve, collaborate, and share play ideas. The list is endless! Encourage your children to go out in the garden to collect leaves, make a pretend salad out of different plants, and collect treasures (rocks!).
As parents, we always worry about our children falling over and taking risks. Climbing a climbing frame is crucial to their development. If they don’t fall over, they won’t learn how to get up and try again!
We're thrilled to share some exciting news from our KG3 class! This month, our little ones have been exploring the fascinating world of birds. Through interactive lessons and hands-on activities, they've learned about different species, their habitats, and their unique characteristics.
To culminate their learning journey, we organised a delightful field trip to the school's surrounding area for a bird-watching adventure. Equipped with binoculars, the children eagerly observed various birds in their natural habitats, sparking their curiosity and appreciation for nature's wonders.
The experience was not only educational but also fostered a sense of wonder and connection to the world around them. We're immensely proud of their enthusiasm and engagement throughout the excursion.
We encourage you to continue nurturing their interest in nature at home, as these early experiences lay the foundation for a lifelong love of learning.
Warm regards,
Ms Khalida
