Mr.Carlo Cecchi is an experienced international teacher and school leader who has worked in the UK, Africa, and Asia for over 20 years. He has held a variety of leadership roles, including Deputy Head (Pastoral), Head of Sixth Form, Head of Physical Education, and Head of Extracurricular Activities.

Mr Carlo believes that every student is different and that learning should always be engaging, relevant, and purposeful. He sees his role as a facilitator of learning, creating lessons and opportunities that help all pupils reach their potential not just academically, but as confident, well-rounded individuals. He is passionate about developing inquisitive learners who understand why they are learning, not just what they are learning.

As a Physical Education specialist, Mr.Carlo has a strong background in curriculum development, staff training, and coaching students from U9 to U19 level. He has led teams in international competitions such as ISSAK, FOBISIA, GBAC, and BISA, and holds coaching qualifications across a wide range of sports. Alongside sport, Mr.Carlo has extensive experience in pastoral care, safeguarding, sixth form leadership, and whole-school initiatives that promote wellbeing, leadership, and positive school culture.
