When there are projects that give your students the chance to interact with their peers, they will gain a greater sense of belonging when working in a team to acheive a corpret goal. In these student-led projects, they will feel comfotable knowing that they are working with other students that are on the same level and that have the same vision as them. These projects will help grow positive connections between all students throughout the school.

Standing in front of teachers that are role models to us, and sharing with them what we know, is a way for students to get the experience that they may use in the future. With this experience, they can find a new passion or more, in which they may have never thought about. Through relationships between students and teachers, both can learn from each other and strengthen our sense of excellence.

When we have relationships to our communities we basically have a classroom wherever we go. Within the relationships you make with the your community, both partners can be benefited in various ways. For example, with the help of the skills that both partners have, they can exchange knowledge and create a relation that both can rely and grow upon. With the relationships with the community your students can get a hands on experience for life.
