When you are focused on one goal others may be focused on the same goal. You can work together and get that goal done. Then you guys can get any goal that you want done.

Empathy is needed in order for you to have a relationship with someone. If you show no empathy then no one will show empathy. But if you show more empathy then the empathy will spread and everyone else will show empathy.
