Track 1 Athletic Teams: Uniform kit cost to be announced

Season 1 Track 2 Staff Led Activity: 

1 day/week activity (8 sessions) is ₩96,000 per season

2 days/week activity (14 sessions) None this Spring

Track 3 Vendor Led Activity: Cost varies for each activity. See specific rates in the activity catalog.                                     

Registration Dates

Season 1 registration opens on Mon, August. 18th, at 11:30 a.m. via SchoolsBuddy. Registration will not be processed without accompanying payment. See directions below. All students must be registered and paid by August 21st at 12:00 p.m. or their spot will be reallocated on a "join request" system during late registration on August 22nd - 27th via Schoolsbuddy.

 How to Register

1. Go to kispc.schoolsbuddy.net and log in with your PowerSchool SSO account.
           Tip: It's best to use a desktop or laptop, as mobile sign-up may not work smoothly.

2. Sign in as a parent.

3. Click on "Activities and Clubs" button on the landing page. 

4. Choose the clubs you’d like for your child(ren) by clicking the box under the club/activity of your choice.

5. Repeat this process for all students and club/activities.

6. Click on the green "Submit to School" to complete the choices for each club/activity and finish signing up! Important: Please ensure you have made ALL of your selections for ALL days and ALL children, as you will not be able to add any more selections after submitting these choices.

7.  Check your email for the club/activity "verification of selection" via email. If you have received this email, continue to the next step. 

8. Once you have received a"verification of selection" email for each club or activity, then transfer the required funds from your personal bank account to the designated club/activity account listed on the "verification of selection" email. Include the student ID number for each club/activity in the transfer details. Applications will only be processed if accompanied by bank transfer payment. 

9. Wire transfers must include the child's student ID number to match the payment with your student's club.

10. International wire transfers can be done using the Wise application, which is accessible online or via the smartphone application.   

Minimum and Maximum Enrollment: The online payment feature is active until an ASA reaches its participant limit. If an ASA is full please select an available option. We will contact you if an ASA will not run due to insufficient participation. 

        Refund and Session Cancellation Policy 

1. Once registered, no refund or credit will be issued for students absent from an ASA session for any reason.

2. Administration reserves the right to cancel sessions based on the needs of the school or force majeure. KIS will notify parents if an activity is canceled due to teacher illness or school closure. 

3. If a participant is habitually not picked up on time they may lose their ASA placement for the remainder of the season without refund.
