Back to School Incentives! ✏️📓

The first ten days of school are crucial to your student's success for the upcoming school year! Students will receive incentives throughout the first 10 days for being present and on time!  

• Students will receive a passport at Open House for the first 10 days. Each day your student is present, they will receive a stamp on their passport. Students who are present all 10 days will be entered into a drawing for dress-down passes, free seating at lunch, a Polaroid camera, and an Owalla water bottle! 

• Students who are present the first 3 days will earn a dress-down pass to be used on Friday, August 14. 

• Students who are present the first 5 days will earn a pencil! 

• Students who are present the first 8 days will receive a dress-down pass to be used on Friday, August 21. 

• Students who are present all 10 days will earn free seating at lunch on the 10th day! 

Arrival 

• Doors open at 7:40am. Students must remain in their cars until KACP staff member comes to open the doors. 

• The car rider line will flow through the front of the school this year near the cafeteria. The bus lane will be located at the back of the building. Both cars and buses will exit through the neighborhood (Sandpiper Ln), thefore no traffic is permitted to enter KACP through the neighborhood from 7:40 - 8:00am. 

• Students may stop by the cafeteria to receive grab 'n go breakfast and eat in homeroom. They are considered tardy if they are not seated in their homeroom after 8:00am. 

Dismissal

• Our Operations team begins preparing for dismissal at 2:30pm.  Please call the front office and/or pick up your KIPPster for early dismissal prior to 2:30pm daily. 

• Any dismissal changes must be made through the front office. Please email kacp@kippnashville.org or call 629-208-7525. 

• Student IDs: When using the car rider line, ensure you have the student ID number displayed.  A paper copy or screen shot will work! If you do not have the student ID, you will be asked to park and enter the front office to provide identification. 

• Our car rider line will loop through our staff parking lot and wrap around in front of the cafeteria. The buses will load at the back of the school. All veicles will exit through the neighborhood (Sandpiper Ln). No traffic is permitted to enter KACP through the neighborhood from 3:15 - 3:45pm.
