Clever is a single sign on page for our various KDPS applications. Clever is set up at the beginning of the school year for teachers, staff and students.

Getting started with Clever is simple. If you are a teacher with KIPP Delta and you have students that have been rostered to you in eSchool, in other words, you have a tac account that allows you to enter attendance and grades for your students, then your Clever account has already been set up. To log in, navigate to https://clever.com/in/kippdelta.
The portal access page should look like this:
Whether you choose to log in with Google or Clever, your username will always be your KIPP Delta email address (first.last@kippdelta.org).
If you log in with Google, you should enter your google password. If you do not know this password, you can email support@wired-ar.com to have it reset.
If you log in with Clever, you should enter “uninitialized” for your first login. You will then be prompted to choose a new password.
Are you an IA, a coach or in another role where you aren't a primary teacher? Contact the Data Team (datateam@kippdelta.org) to obtain a Clever account. You'll need to let us know what schools, grades, students and/or subjects you need access to. Please confirm your desired permissions with your School Leader.

Select your school for student chromebook/Clever login info. All KDPS student logins are housed in the same document but each one has a "filtered view" (Data > Filtered views) for that campus for ease of navigation. If you are unable to access the document please email WIRED! for access.

Don't see a student in a system? Confirm front office staff have requested the student be enrolled in eSchool by submitting the Student Registration Submission Form. Please note it takes 1-3 days for student to appear in various systems.
To reset your password or setup your password for the first time please try clicking on a link that says something like "forgot password". For most systems you can reset your own password by sending a reset link to your KDPS email.
For majority of our systems your username is your KDPS email.
To request a different level of access in a system please contact the Data Team.

Displays district summaries and individual student data for attendance, behavior, demographics, grades/GPA (HS only), literacy and ACT Aspire assessment data.
Setup and reset your password by clicking on "If you forgot your password click here to reset it."

Triand is a great site to view individual student schedule, grades, transcript, contact info, state assessment info, etc. It is simple to setup an account as well.

Illuminate
Illuminate
Illuminate contains staff and student accounts. Staff use site for accessing and administering assessments for Wheatley and Eureka either online or paper.
Illuminate Resources:
Student logins = Student username and password is their Student ID. Students will be prompted to reset their password upon first login. It is recommended students just re-enter their Student ID. Student ID is 54400 plus last 4 digits after "kipp" of their Clever/Chromebook password (ex. 544005981). Note that portal access may need to be granted manually by a staff member.
