***If you are changing the lender, do not use this process. In enerflo, unfinalize the proposal, make the changes to new lender, and proceed through credit app and signing docs like a normal deal***
1. Open the proposal for the project that needs a change order and go to the “Proposal” section.
2. Do NOT unfinalize the original proposal. Instead, press “+New Proposal.”
3. Once you are in the “Create Proposal” form, title the design “Change Order.” Then, select the design that reflects the correct system size. Once you have the correct design selected, make the necessary changes to the proposal. Add adders, adjust ppw, etc. Then, select the same lender and same rate as the original proposal.
4. Once you have made your changes, hit “Save & Calculate Pricing.”
5. In enerflo, open up the details of the Change Order Proposal. In another window, open the Change Order Request Form
6. Fill out the Change Order Request form with the information in the Change Order design found in enerflo Ensure you input the project details accurately. Once you submit the form, you will get an email confirming that the team has received your request.
7. Once the changes are processed, the Change Order team will respond to your email to let you know that docs have been sent to the homeowner.
8. Help homeowner sign the new docs.
9. Once docs are complete, send an email back to the Change Order team in the same thread to let them know the new docs have been completed.
10. Change Order team will confirm the docs are completed and update the CRM to reflect the changes. Once the account is updated, you will get one last email to confirm that the changes have been processed and recorded.
