Is the Sunlight Loan transferable?
Yes. Homeowners can transfer their loan to a new homeowner at Sunlight's discretion. Requirements below
New homeowner must have minimum 670 credit score

Maximum Gross PPW:
solar only: $4/watt. Non solar add-on items can be included, subject to a 15% cap based off gross cost of the system.
