Is the Enfin Loan transferable?
Yes. Homeowners can transfer their loan to a new homeowner. Requirements below

Maximum lending amount:
For solar, solar+battery, and solar+roof, max lending amounts are the same. Max loan amount is homeowner specific, and depends on their credit score:
$60k (650–699 FICO)
$85k (700–750 FICO)
$105k (>750 FICO)
Battery only: $30k max (10 yr 10.79% apr)
Maximum PPW:
System size less than or equal to 4.5kw
Solar system only (max $7.50/W for non-CA, $8.50/W for CA)
Solar system with battery storage (max $11.00/W, $12/W for CA)
Solar system with reroofing (max $13.00/W, $14/W for CA)
Solar system with battery storage and reroofing (max $16.00/W, $17/W for CA)
System size greater than 4.5kw

What is the reamortization period?
Enfin does not have an automatic reamortization for the ITC. Monthly payment will be fixed for the life of the loan.
Enfin allows one (1) reamortization if certain criteria are met:
Large enough prepayment toward principal
Sufficient remaining balance on the loan
Account current (no delinquencies)
