Is the Dividend Loan transferable?
Yes. Homeowners can transfer their loan to a new homeowner. Requirements below

When can homeowners expect their first Dividend payment?
First payment is charged 60 days after install, or once PTO has been achieved; this is based off whichever happens latest to ensure HO does not make payments on the system before its producing power.
What is the reamortization period?
Dividend loans no longer offer a reamortization period.
