Motivation

In this section of the award you are expected to play a major role in a project. As a guide you are looking at around 10 hours of participation. This is to show that you can work well in a team towards a common goal. You may begin to show that you can accept responsibility for leadership in this section too.

Make sure that you collect evidence. This could be notes from meetings, videos, photos, witness statements or even journal entries that you write yourself. You should keep a log of the dates and times that you have worked on your project and as a guide you are aiming for around 10-12 hours to undertake this project.
