Before Asking for help, try troubleshooting these common causes first:
Check your clock.
-- Odd as it sounds, if your time is not correct, your computer will not connect to the internet.
Are you connected to your local network?
-- Please use SSID "Public WiFi" while in the school building, the password is: KINGS7276.Is your wireless disabled?
-- re-enable wireless or try restarting your computer.Is Airplane mode on?
-- Turn Airplane mode off.Has Windows recently installed updates or does it need updates?
-- If so, try installing updates and/or restarting. (this may take time)
