CONFERENCE FEE AND INCLUSIONS:
REGULAR REGISTRATIONS:
Domestic Delegations: Delegate Fee: INR 4000.00
International Delegation: Delegate Fee: USD 60 / EURO 40
This fee is inclusive of:
Accommodation: For outstation delegates and Executive Board members, local hotels would be recommended.
Conference meals: from high tea on 10 October to evening snacks on 12 October, 2025.

Pre-Conference Training: This includes the General Preparation Guide and Committee-Specific Background Guides, authored by the Committee Directors and the Secretariat, that will help all delegates prepare better for the conference. The training also includes online training webinars, run by the Secretariat and Directors, that will equip delegates with information and material to excel at the conference.
Conference Events: Entry to all events and social evenings, including the Leadership Forum, Skill Tracks, Workshops, and University Fair.
Certificate: Every delegate and faculty advisor will receive a certificate of participation after the conference.
