Day 4

Lay day - New Years Eve.

A lovely day to chat and relax. There is a number of groups doing the Te Araroa trail. Rochelle started to learn how to play Magic- The Gathering.

The campsite seemed much busier than 4 years ago. William and Alex had fun playing cricket with a family from Levin.

We had a wonderful dinner including wild boar, goat and rabbit. We shared it with a couple of "Kiwi experience" type groups. We had a good chat to an Austrian chap who has inspired us to visit Europe in 2020. A wonderful way to see in 2018.
