allegations of misconduct

1. If an allegation of misconduct is made by a client against a Storehouse volunteer, refer the client immediately to the Storehouse Manager.

2. The Storehouse Manager will record the details on a Safeguarding Incident Form.
   
   

3. DO NOT question or investigate the matter yourself. Kingdom Vineyard leadership will decide on an appropriate course of action, which will be recorded on the Safeguarding Incident form.
   
   

4. If you think a volunteer is behaving inappropriately/unacceptably, or not according to our Safeguarding Policy, do not try to sort this out yourself. Make it clear to the volunteer that you are not comfortable with their behaviour and contact the Storehouse Manager.
   
   

If the inappropriate behaviour involves the Team Leader or Storehouse Manager you should contact the Senior Pastor or one of the Trustees of the Kingdom Vineyard (contact details can be found in the Volunteer Handbook).
