Purpose

Kindermotion and Dance New England and Hill Country provides “Education through Dance and Movement” with quality instruction in dance, gymnastics, creative movement, sports, and yoga.  What makes Kindermotion® unique is that all of our programs incorporate educational concepts in a developmentally designed curriculum that teaches to the total child. We place special emphasis on building “Self Confidence” and “Self-Esteem” and nurturing growth in young children.

Preface

Kindermotion and Dance New England and Hill Country has the role of teacher, mentor and role model to all our students and represents the face of the company in the community. No teacher or class stands alone; all are intertwined to form a collective group that is striving for a unified goal. In order for the staff to function as a supportive and cohesive unit, each member of the staff needs to know and feel comfortable with his/her role, responsibilities, and authority to function in that role. 

The purpose of this Policy and Procedures Page is to provide the information necessary for an employee to perform his/her role with confidence, while understanding how that role affects all other aspects of the company. This Policy and Procedures Page sets forth (for information purposes only) the policies, procedures, job descriptions, and benefits which are currently in effect. Since this Page is subject to review and revision on a regular basis, it cannot be considered or otherwise relied upon as terms and conditions of a contract of employment. Finally, the resolution of any questions of interpretation or application of the policies contained herein will be the sole prerogative of the owner.
