They have studied their lesson plans, have learned new or unfamiliar routines and terminology, prepared music, equipment and props, and arrive at classes 10 minutes early to set up.

They are neat in their appearance, use positive language, wear KD branded dance/gym attire when conducting business, adhere to onsite guidelines, and use the assigned teaching space with care

They keep their students engaged by frequently changing props, adding imagery to lessons, following student leads, and incorporating new ideas.
