Our student Moon-gyu Choi received the Bronze Prize in the Physical Devices & Processes category at the 32nd Samsung Human-Tech Paper Award for the work entitled “Ultra-fast localized ion-migration pathways for highly reliable resistive switching memories.”

Paper Published in IEEE TED (Nov. 2025)
A paper titled “Co-Optimization of Selector–Memory Combinations in Cross-Point Array”, co-first authored by our students Su-yong Chae and Moon-gyu Choi, has been published in IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices (TED) in November 2025.

EDNC Lab Joins G-LAMP (Sep. 2025~)
EDNC Lab has officially joined the G-LAMP (Global - Learning & Academic research institution for Master’s, PhD students, and Postdocs) program at Kyung Hee University. Through its participation in G-LAMP, EDNC Lab will conduct research focused on space semiconductor technologies, addressing device reliability and system-level challenges under extreme space environments.
