- The Spanish Honor Society or Sociedad Honoraria Hispánica is a nationally recognized club that recognizes excellence in Spanish and in other classes and is dedicated to promoting the study of the Spanish Language and the culture of Hispanic countries.
- In order to be part of the SHH, students must meet the criteria below and submit an application to Sr. Meza, the advisor, or Sra. Ramírez, co-advisor.

- Joining the Spanish Honors Society gives students great opportunities they may not otherwise get.
- Numerous scholarships are given out each year to high school students that can help them down the line pay for university or college.
- If they continue to meet the requirements, they will receive a certificate and red & gold cords to wear during graduation.
It looks great on college applications.
May give students an advantage over other students when applying for colleges.
