I am currently in the second year of my CTE credential program with the Fresno County Office of Education.
I received my basic POST basic police academy certification, POST basic certificate and POST intermediate certificate.
Employed as a full time Police Officer for 17 years (Patrol and School Resource Officer)
I attend Personal Development training throughout the year, provided by KUSD and Fresno County Office of Education.
The instructional staff must maintain technical competency, meet the requirements to be an approved instructor and meet all state and local requirements for accreditation.

I use my advisors that are currently active in the law enforcement industries to keep up with new advancements in police work. As well with self education with learning new laws and techniques in the industries.
KHS administrators and I come up with new strategies to grow and expand the program with presentations and middle school visits, and having booths during career fairs on campus.
