Empathize stage Reflection

1. Empathizing is the core stage of all the other stage because when its not done properly the designer will not be able to have a clear understanding of the exact problem that she/he is trying to solve so the whole process fail

2. The end users should be in a comfortable zone for them to feel free of conveying their true feelings to the designer so the time, environment and other factors should be taken into consideration in the empathizing stage for it to be successful.

3.  The designer needs to put a side stereotypes and biases that could obstruct the understanding of the end usersers so as to ensure effective understanding of the process.
