Strong Interest Inventory (SII)*
This tool helps you to identify your interests and work preferences as a step to exploring potential career paths.
*Due to limited supplies, we ask that you take either the Strong Interest Inventory or StrengthsFinder.
Taking both will limit the number of students who can complete an assessment.

Kenyon Candidates is a publicly available microsite showcasing the resumes of participating students. The CDO shares this website with all alumni, current parents and employer partners and encourage them to contact participating students directly with resources, job/internship referrals and career guidance. You'll receive a personalized link to opt in via email after reaching level 2.
Summer Internship Stipends
Generate a 240-hour mentored internship this summer and receive funding through Kenyon. Restrictions apply. Limited Funding.

Request an Alumni Mentor
You can arrange a consultation with our mentor coordinator to begin discuss connecting with an alumni mentor. This individual would be an additional resource as you navigate your job search process. If you're interested in exploring this, please schedule a "mentor matching" appointment in Handshake. This appointment type is now visible to you. Click the link, then select "Careers/Internships" > "Mentor Matching"
Certification Course Reimbursement (Limited Availability: First come first served)
The CDO has limited funding available to reimburse up to $150 in for taking a certification exam. Due to limited availability, it is recommended that you email cdo@kenyon.edu to inquire about remaining funds before registering for an exam. You can also complete a certification learning path on LinkedIn to prepare for a number of certification exams. The CDO can reserve your reimbursement while you complete the learning path upon request. View the available preparatory Learning Paths here.

Parking Priority!
Students who reach Level 4 in the CDO Rewards Program by May 1 and incur no parking violations in the current academic year will earn priority parking selection the following year.
