CDO Rewards will begin 7/15/25 for the new academic year!

The Career Development Office (CDO) Rewards Program is an award-winning initiative that helps you navigate Kenyon's career offerings while unlocking new resources along the way.  

How it Works

You receive points for engaging with the CDO's resources, which unlock new resources as you level up. At each level, you'll receive an email detailing the new resources available to you.

Advancing to higher levels necessitates accumulating more points but also diversifying your engagement. This helps you participate across a range of fundamental areas critical to your professional development journey.

Points are updated Monday through Friday*. Level Up notifications are dispatched on Wednesdays, and raffle drawings take place on Thursdays.
