How do I create a Username for the Scorecard?
You have two options: you can complete this form, or you can log into Handshake, go to your account settings, and add a username in the blank "middle name" field of your account. This field is not used for any public-facing purpose in Handshake, only to serve as your Rewards Program username for the scorecard and leaderboards.

Why aren't my points showing up on the scorecard?
The scorecard typically syncs each morning, Mondays through Fridays. However, Big Interview and Just Ask data only syncs once a week, on Tuesdays. If your points still aren't showing up, you can come to the CDO and we can investigate to ensure your activity was properly logged by the relevant system.
