How do I create a Username for the Scorecard?
You have two options: you can complete this form, or you can go to the CDO and request the username in person.Â

Why aren't my points showing up on the scorecard?
The scorecard typically syncs each morning, Mondays through Fridays. However, Big Interview and Just Ask data only syncs once a week, on Tuesdays. If your points still aren't showing up, you can come to the CDO and we can investigate to ensure your activity was properly logged by the relevant system.
